Trained actress at the Italian Civic Academy of Dramatic Arts Nico Pepe, she focuses her work on the intersection of theatre, education and research. She lives in Denmark where she works as an actress, movement director, and theatre lecturer, developing performances and educational programmes with and for young people and teachers. She has been teaching drama, mask techniques, and movement composition since 2015, and has worked as an actress and teacher in Denmark, Italy, the UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, and Taiwan.

Anna completed an MFA in Performing Arts (Acting) at Den Danske Scenekunstskole (The Danish National School of Performing Arts) in 2021–2023. She is currently involved in a research project at the intersection of theatre, learning, and wellbeing (CCARE, Aalborg University).
